Responsible for the following:
● Take orders, ability to prepare all the drinks, recipe specific, and to customer specifications
● Kitchen duties: Brew tea, cook tapioca, preparation, cleaning
● Comply with health and safety regulations
● Oversee product quality ensuring team members are following operational procedures. Able to work under fast-paced environment.
● Ability to direct, train, re-train staff members as needed
● Anticipate store needs on daily basis e.g. restocking, checking expiration dates, etc.
● Ability to properly handle customer inquiries/complaints in a professional manner
● Maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, ability to work as a team
● Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
Qualifications:
● Possess excellent communication and people skills
● Able to stand for 5+ hours and lift to 50 lbs
● Leads by Example / Strong work ethic
● Must live in close proximity to store; have reliable transportation; ability to work flexible hours
● Education: High School or Equivalent – job is great for college students
● Long term availability is preferred
