Read with Buddy's Pals!

Has your child “graduated” from storytime events but is still learning how to read? We are super excited to partner with Buddy’s PALS on a special reading event, where kids can spend some time reading to our furry special guests.

Several specially trained dogs and handlers from Buddy’s PALS will be in our Okemos event studio every third Saturday of the month from 12:30pm to 1:30pm to help early readers practice their reading.

Kids are welcome to bring a book from home, purchase one in-store, or borrow one of the books we’ll provide. Please note that this activity first comes first serve, and families may have to wait their turn, depending on how many readers show up.
